Statements concerning the founder’s personal experience, including statements concerning business performance, working hours, geographic location, lifestyle, delegation, or business growth, describe the founder’s individual experience.

They are not promises, forecasts, representations, or guarantees regarding the results of any Participant.

5. PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITY

You remain solely responsible for:

  • your business;

The Services are intended for individuals aged 18 or older.

By purchasing the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • prices do not include applicable taxes;
  • applicable taxes may be added at checkout;

  • prices for future cohorts may change.

A price change will not affect an order that has already been completed.

Where required by applicable law, ZENDOR may collect VAT, sales tax, use tax, or other applicable taxes at checkout.

9. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Unless a different refund policy is expressly displayed at checkout, purchases are final and non-refundable once access to the relevant digital content or program has begun.

Failure to attend live sessions, failure to complete the program, failure to use the materials, or a change in personal circumstances does not create a right to a refund.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any refund, cancellation, withdrawal, or other consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Where applicable law provides a mandatory consumer right, that right will apply.

10. COHORT PROGRAMS

Certain ZENDOR programs operate as fixed cohorts.

If you purchase a cohort-based program, your purchase reserves your place in the applicable cohort.

ZENDOR does not guarantee that an unused place can be transferred to another person or future cohort.

Any transfer or deferral is entirely at ZENDOR’s discretion unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated in the purchase terms.

11. ACCESS PERIOD

The applicable sales page or checkout page will specify the intended access period, if any.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, ZENDOR does not guarantee lifetime access to digital materials.

ZENDOR may discontinue or replace obsolete content, platforms, or materials where reasonably necessary.

Where reasonably possible, material changes affecting purchased access will be communicated to Participants.

Your purchase gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own personal and internal business education.

You may not:

  • reproduce the materials;
  • sell the materials;
  • distribute the materials;
  • upload the materials to another platform;
  • share access with third parties;
  • create a competing educational product using ZENDOR materials;
  • sublicense the materials; or
  • commercially exploit the materials,

without prior written permission.

No ownership of ZENDOR intellectual property is transferred to you.

14. COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION

Where a program includes a community, Participants are expected to behave respectfully and lawfully.

ZENDOR may remove content or restrict participation where reasonably necessary to protect Participants, the community, or the operation of the Services.

Participants must not use the community to:

  • harass;
  • threaten;
  • defame;
  • discriminate;
  • spam;
  • solicit unrelated commercial business;
  • distribute unlawful material;
  • impersonate another person; or
  • collect other Participants’ personal information without permission.

15. CONFIDENTIALITY IN GROUP ENVIRONMENTS

Participants may voluntarily disclose business information during group sessions or community discussions.

You should not disclose information that you do not want other Participants to know.

ZENDOR cannot guarantee the confidentiality of information voluntarily disclosed by a Participant to other Participants.

You remain responsible for deciding what information you disclose in a group environment.

16. USER FEEDBACK AND TESTIMONIALS

You retain ownership of content that you submit to ZENDOR.

By voluntarily providing feedback, comments, suggestions, or testimonials, you grant ZENDOR a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use such material for operating, improving, or marketing the Services.

ZENDOR will not knowingly publish confidential business information as a public testimonial without appropriate permission.

17. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

ZENDOR may rely on third-party providers for payment processing, hosting, video delivery, email, community services, analytics, scheduling, communication, and other functions.

ZENDOR is not responsible for the independent acts, omissions, availability, security, or policies of third-party providers.

Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

18. NO WARRANTY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED „AS IS” AND „AS AVAILABLE.”

ZENDOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, AND FITNESS FOR YOUR PARTICULAR BUSINESS OBJECTIVES.

ZENDOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL:

  • PRODUCE A PARTICULAR RESULT;
  • MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS;
  • BE UNINTERRUPTED;
  • BE ERROR-FREE;
  • BE COMPLETE OR CURRENT AT ALL TIMES; OR
  • BE SUITABLE FOR YOUR PARTICULAR BUSINESS.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or legal right that cannot legally be excluded.

19. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ZENDOR, OKTATOZONE MAGYARORSZÁG KFT., THEIR OWNERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, INSTRUCTORS, AFFILIATES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR EXPECTED SAVINGS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF ZENDOR AND OKTATOZONE MAGYARORSZÁG KFT. ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

(A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM; OR

(B) US$100.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory of liability, including contract, negligence, tort, strict liability, or otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

20. INDEMNIFICATION

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZENDOR, Oktatozone Magyarország Kft., and their respective owners, directors, employees, contractors, instructors, affiliates, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising out of:

  1. your breach of these Terms;
  2. your misuse of the Services;
  3. your violation of another person’s rights;
  4. your unlawful conduct; or
  5. content or information submitted by you.

ZENDOR may assume exclusive control of the defense of any matter subject to indemnification.

21. NO FIDUCIARY OR PROFESSIONAL RELATIONSHIP

Participation in ZENDOR Academy does not create an attorney-client, accountant-client, investment-adviser, fiduciary, employment, partnership, joint-venture, or agency relationship between you and ZENDOR.

22. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Before commencing formal proceedings, you agree to contact ZENDOR and provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve the dispute informally.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through individual arbitration rather than through a court proceeding.

The arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • class arbitration is waived;
  • class actions are waived;
  • representative actions are waived; and
  • disputes may not be consolidated with disputes involving other persons.

Nothing in this section prevents a party from seeking temporary or preliminary injunctive relief where such relief is legally available.

If any part of this arbitration provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain effective to the maximum extent permitted by law.

23. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable to Oktatozone Magyarország Kft., without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent that mandatory consumer-protection laws applicable to you cannot lawfully be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive a consumer of rights or protections that cannot legally be waived.

24. FORCE MAJEURE

ZENDOR shall not be liable for delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, governmental action, epidemics, telecommunications failures, internet failures, third-party platform failures, labor disputes, or other extraordinary events.

25. TERMINATION OR SUSPENSION

ZENDOR may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you materially breach these Terms, misuse the Services, infringe intellectual property rights, engage in abusive conduct, or create a security or legal risk.

Where appropriate and legally required, ZENDOR may provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the breach.

Termination does not affect rights or obligations that by their nature should survive termination.

26. PRIVACY

Personal information is handled in accordance with the ZENDOR Academy Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy forms part of the contractual framework applicable to your use of the Services.

27. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

ZENDOR may update these Terms from time to time.

The current version will be published on the ZENDOR Academy website.

Changes will not retroactively modify material rights relating to a completed purchase unless required by law or agreed by the parties.

28. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in effect.

29. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, the applicable purchase page, checkout terms, Privacy Policy, and any expressly incorporated documents constitute the agreement between you and ZENDOR concerning the Services.

If a specific written agreement signed by ZENDOR expressly conflicts with these Terms, that specific agreement controls only with respect to the conflicting provision.

30. NO WAIVER

Failure by ZENDOR to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce that provision later.
